Refund and Return Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund and Return Policy governs all return, refund, and exchange requests for products purchased through techband.shop. The website is operated by PORSIN LIMITED. We aim to handle all requests fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.
2. Return Eligibility and 30 Day Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met. The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was received. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included. A valid proof of purchase such as an order number or invoice is required.
Returns will not be accepted for items marked as non returnable or final sale, products showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage, or packages returned with missing components or original packaging.
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact us by email at support@techband.shop within 30 days of delivery. Please include the order number and, if available, the reason for the return.
Once the request is reviewed, return instructions and the designated return address will be provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, incorrect, or defective.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@techband.shop.
The email should include the order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund. In such cases, shipping costs will be covered by us.
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing typically takes between 7 and 10 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Original shipping fees, where applicable, are non refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not been received after 10 business days, customers should first check their bank or credit card statement and then contact their payment provider.
If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at support@techband.shop and we will assist with the investigation.
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Customers who wish to receive a different item are advised to return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrectly produced. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before submitting a return request.
9. Product Warranty
All products purchased through techband.shop are covered by a 365 day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling.
Warranty claims must be submitted to support@techband.shop with the order number and a clear description of the issue.
